Revolution: my poem for the fighters in Wisconsin, and everywhere...
I hear the birds call outside my window
and the news says we’re in for
a revolution
how can it be?
The world is quiet
outside my window
is there a war brewing?
I read the news and it sounds so dire
but the sea was calm
the sky is tranquil the sunset beautiful
how can there be
war
the cool spring breeze
curls past my arm
but yet you say
we are in
for
war
I’m not afraid
of this
revolution
It’s time

:lmao: Gobucks, was that from SNL about a million years ago? I had to reach deeeep into the memory banks.
This isn't even poetry, this dopey post by Calpig. It's just words. I refuse to go over to the thread and see all the adulation. Besides, I'm still scarred for life by that story she told of the football game.

Outside my window I see a flag thats wavinSarah Buxton- Outside my window. (http://www.elyricsworld.com/outside_my_window_lyrics_sarah_buxton.html)
Hands joined together, everybodys celebrating, yeah
La la la la la la, outside my window
La la la la la la, everybodys lookin outside my window
(You) still need stars when youre wishin at night
A best friend to set you right, a good laugh, a warm bath
And a beautiful song you can sing along to
Good news thatll make you cry
All the little things that money cant buy
No wars, no more, just a big rainbow outside my window
La la la la la la (outside my window)
(La la la la la la, outside my window)
(Everybody look outside my window, la la la la la la)
(Outside outside)
As for me us for the sake of being how in case of a certain, it is rotary that you inquire about my window and
that the bird call outside news says?
As for the world is there brewing of outside war of my window which is
quit? I read news, sound therefore but it is tremendous,
how there where it is the sunset which calm is
beautiful in case of a certain, whether it is, however but the cirque which passes the breeze my arm of the
war cool spring you calls the sky which has sea calm us it is for the sake of,
as for war me this rotary that you do not fear is time
Man, the rhythm of that one demands a reading by William Shatner.
Since I can't give you another Hi-5 yet, here:(http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa200/DefiantSix/TotsHi-5.jpg)

Revulsion: my poem for the homeless in Wisconsin, and everywhere...
I see the bird's crap on my car window
and fox news says we're in for
some revulsion
how can it be?
The crap glued
my windows shut
and the goo is oozing?
I read the news on my ipod
on borrowed library signal
the smog is brown the burning tires beautiful
how can there be
war
thats not against the
homeless plight
that d.u. ignores
why do you
say i
stink
I’m not afraid
of my
revulsion

You say you want a revolution,:lmao:+1 from an old Jarhead Huey crewchief/door gunner
Well, you know
we all want to change the world.
But the DUggers are dreaming of Chairman Mao
And they can't get out of the basement anyhow.
