The poll also showed more Americans coming around to the idea of same-sex marriage. Though Americans were opposed to gay marriage by nearly 2-1 a decade ago, the latest poll showed 45 percent in support of it, with 46 percent in opposition.
The survey showed the public split just about even over the issue of gun control, with as many people supporting gun rights as gun regulation.
The survey was conducted Feb. 22 through March 1 among 1,504 adults. It had a margin of error of 3 percentage points.

Government doesn't need more income. They need to stop spending money on shit the Constitution doesn't authorize them to spend money on.

No, I make assumptions based upon your juvenile online behavior, your poor logic tracking, and your general lack of verifiable fact in just about everything I've read from you. If it isn't the pot affecting your ability to communicate in a society of adults, then Canada's education system is in an even worse state than is generally believed.
Personally, in your case, pot makes an easier excuse than "my state-run ejumication system failed me miserably", but hey, it's your call.

Very encouraging on all counts. I was a little concerned about public opinion and abortion lately - that it had begun to lose its edge in the majority - but hopefully these numbers are a good sign that its going the other way.

The poll was taken in the black gang ridden section of San Francisco....wadda use suspect.

Poor Wilbur, he is just trying to justify as much as he can in case he has to sometime in his life make a stand.
I am reminded of that horrid picture a drawing from the 1920's or earlier of a home in the snow, on the porch stands a man pointing at a woman trudging home to the only safe place she could find, in her arms she holds an infant. Obvious that she is not welcome there.
Then the print of a horse drawn slay in the snow full of people with wolves chasing them and one woman throws out a small child to them.
These early prints must be worth a fortune today, in some form they shaped the morality of that day.
Wilbur is not progressing on morals and life style, he is going backward into the thinking of 150 years or so ago.
