"Think about that," Holder said. "When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia, which was inappropriate....to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people," said Holder, who is black.

Holder noted that his late sister-in-law, Vivian Malone Jones, helped integrate the University of Alabama.

"To compare that kind of courage, that kind of action, to say some Black Panther incident is of greater concern to us, historiclally, I think just flies in the face of history," Holder said with evident exasperation.

"justice" hussein-style: Black Panther thug King Samir Shabazz: “You gonna have to kill some crackers. You gonna have to kill some of their babies!” BUT, the hussein-holder racist regime refuses to prosecute this thug even though there is clear video of him physically and verbally intimidating potential voters at a Philadelphia polling place. (From The Daily Caller) Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes' order to DoJ lawyers: “Never bring another lawsuit against a black or other national minority"... no matter what they do. If you're white in America, be afraid, be very afraid.

This isn't over, not by a longshot. When it is, Holder will eat his words. He is a preposterous ass who, like his boss has brought disgrace to his office.

Well, I'm glad to see that he chooses a person's skin color over justice.

This case has made my head explode from the beginning.  The comments over there (378 of them) are almost overwhelmingly against Holder, just for the simple reason of equal protection under the law.  "My people?"  What about "All Americans?"

If you are going to be the Attorney General instead of some damned poser race-pimp, 'Your people' are supposed to be 'All Americans,' not one racial group.

Very well said. He and the other red diaper doper baby in the White Mosque are ruining this great Country. They are both a disgrace.

I see not only the two thugs acing criminal charges in the future, but Holder as well for basing his decision not too prosecute on race.

As a white male, am I allowed to feel disenfranchised?
