North Korea is always up to no good. :mental: I think they could attack South Korea at any moment.

Having been on the DMZ in Korea its a daily occurance that one side or the other drops those leaflets for someone to find. When I first got there I had to join the rest of the unit working out of Guard Post Oullett and when we were patroling the DMZ we would find leaflets and take them back with us so the MI guys could read them later.

If it's anything like it was in 91 and 92 when I was there, the south is saying, "Bring it on".
