Title: 1986 BUICK Coup D'ETAT OPTIONS
Post by: FreeBorn on February 27, 2011, 03:26:01 AM
I am new here so haven't been around to be up to speed with a certain Buick that is most often parked.

I am not a car buff, did once own a '76 Buick Skylark when I was in Hawaii in the eighties. Not many options on it.

Q- How does one supposedly homeless person access the internet from a sometimes roving but mostly derelict '86 Buick?

I just bought a '10 Toyota Tundra pickup with one of those Ipod thingies in it but it doesn't have internet access available, cup holder does fit my travel mug though.

Bobo has a hand held device she uses to access the net.

The poor can afford iPhones?  And the data plans that come along with them?

Then she can go to the local newspaper website and check out JOBS!

Well, she doesn't have a new iPhone4, just the original iPhone, with unlimited data. The muddleclass in this country doesn't care enough about the homeless to provide up-to-date electronics. But as long as she has the iPhone, soup kitchens, a warm Buick, and someone's doorway to shit in, why would she want a job?

Right...liberals just can't get it through their thick skulls that a lot of people in this country are going to do absolutely no more than it takes to exist at the level of existance they choose. ....and to  many that level of existance is pretty damn low.

My own brother is one of these people.  I won't go into too much detail, but he makes it by on less than $4k/year.  You can't help someone who does not want to be helped.

I know!  I want an Android phone, but the data plan is $20 more a month than our current phone plan.  My husband says, "absolutely not" when I ask for one.  I need to learn how Bobo gets expensive phones and their data plans for free.

That Magic Jack is only $20/ year after the initial $40 outlay isnt it?

If she has a laptop in her vehicle, there are a lot of places where the WiFi is left on 24/7, including libraries in many places which often don't have a problem with people like her accessing them, all she would have to do is park within range.  There are all kinds of other ones that leave it on 24/7, don't want people in general accessing them, but don't really secure them either.

I'm not sure you REALY want to know how she pays for whatever she has. Its probably one of those things where it's illegal in most states except Nevada and Korea and parts of Europe.

Ask the DUmp's proprietor Skinner - he 'owns' a special mole trap better known as bobolink...
