He does not look as much like Uncle Fester. Scum like him need to die a horrible and painful death. :bird:

Those pictures have been out for a month. Why is this news now?

This pic is the one they released before.

These were just released a couple of days ago.

For some reason the defense was trying to keep the second pair from being released. He doesn't look as insane in the second one.

No but even though he's had weeks to think about what he did he's STILL FREAKING SMILING. If I was his attorney I wouldn't want those released either. It's going to be hard to cop an insanity plea with those floating around.

I hate that piece of crap. I want to knock that smug smile off his face.

I think the pics were taken about the same time. I wonder if he will grow his hair back so he doesn't look like a skin head before trial.

Maybe someone in prison will be able to convince him that they use gasoline and a lighter to cut their hair.

The only good thing in all of this is that Arizona does indeed have the death penalty, as does the Federal Government.
So whether he is tried by Arizona or the Feds he will likely face death if convicted.
He killed a federal judge so likely will face federal prosecution, I think I'd rather see him tried by Arizona though and keep Soetoro's antics out of it.
Jan Brewer won't hesitate to fry his ass, Barry, well, no telling.

Is it possible that this piece of shit could be tried by both Arizona and the Feds? Several more people than just the federal judge were killed so even if he escapes the death penalty under the Feds let's hope he can still wind up on the gurney plugged into a Kevorkian cocktail... :II:

I notice a red mark on his head in the more recent mugshot. I wonder if he got attacked in jail. :-)

Liberal whack jobs don't usually scare me, but this guy does. He needs to be put down like an animal.

He needs to have sodium hydroxide shoved down his throat.

That smile creeps me out. It's as if he's saying, "I'm ready for my closeup." Let's hope the jury isn't squeamish about giving this guy a one-way ticket to the death chamber.

The key as to whether or not he gets the federal death penalty is whether or not the judge he killed was acting in an official capacity and/or whether or not he was the intended target. Either one will be difficult to prove, but considering Arizona has more than enough to give this clown the needle, I say go for it.

Let's hope they get all that lethal injection stuff straightened out rickey tick.
