Breaking: a "deal" has been reached in WI, reports the AP via Morning Joe. If the Dems will just agree to no more amendments or debate, they'll take an up or down vote, probably today.

BULLSHIT! Walker wouldn't be backing down so easy. Something is up his sleeve. He was royally embarrassed by the fake Koch phone call, and he'd have no problem playing a trick on the Dems in revenge. Too much is at stake for him. He is not to be trusted.

This is huge and series. Get in the basement and hide under the covers atman!  :ohnoes:

They agreed to limit the amendments the DemonRats can try and tack onto the bill and the debate of them, to 38, or one amendment per/ idiot Dem. Just how the hell is that some kinda dirty trick? Every house limits debate to a certain time frame.
