Wait a minute -- this was one of the cases?   I will have to look it up later.

Why isn't this in the news, and who did they want recused? (and why?????)

I believe both were involved in prior decisions related to Obama's eligibility, which would seem to be a conflict of interest in this case.

I'd like to see this issue put to rest, one way or the other.

All he has to do is release his long form birth certificate.

The original Kenyan one or the English translation of it?

Don't know about that, but both were appointed by him.

I know Kagan did.  At least that's what I heard on talk radio a couple of months ago.  On Levin's show, I believe.

Their appointments could be voided if he's found ineligible, so you know their decision already.

There's plenty of reason to believe Obama was born in HI but I don't think the man he gets his surname from is his father.

I think the family was covering for Frank Marshall Davis having knocked-up their daughter when Davis was married (Obama's mama posed nude for Davis in a private showings at a private residence. Do a google image search for "stanley ann dunham nude" you'll see the pics).

I further believe Obama's handlers later in life seized on the story to fabricate a fairy tale to appeal to white liberal guilt.

Obama is legit within the confines of the COTUS but they have sold a bullshit story to make dumbass white-bread upper eastside types swoon into the voting booth. If they reveal the story is bullshit they will be howled out of DC.

Anytime a lib gives you lip about being a birther just ask, "Who is the certifying physician?"

Believe it or not, and I know this is going way out on a limb but there is a fleeting possibility that Soetoro's actual biological father was Malcolm X. I'm not one to be advancing conspiracy theories but apparently O's mom was in Seattle, I believe it was, in the same time frame that would fit her pregnancy Malcolm X was there and they did in fact at least meet. Wouldn't that be a hoot!
Just look at him. Who does he more resemble, the Kenyan purported to be his father or Malcolm X?

I think his father jerked off on a stump, close to some cliff in HI, and the sun hatched him. Maybe that's why they can't find the physician. I guess that still makes him eligible, though!

I still wonder if the mother gave birth on the high seas and received the birth certificate after she landed in Hawaii.  She was more then capable of delivering her own child and what good would it do to have a ships doctor, if they had one, fill out a legal document with place of birth Longitude, Latitude etc.

When a woman that far along in a pregnancy decides to  " Take a slow boat to China " rather then fly for 12 hours----Got to question her thinking.

I must say I do believe that it is the mothers nationality the child should take on.    A Jamaican citizen gives birth to a child at the North Pole, is this child now considered an Eskimo?

I first heard of the Ones mother posing naked here yesterday... So, I googled "Obama Momma Nekkid" and the stump did appear to be more appealing.
