Title: Day of Rage (America)
Post by: BlueStateSaint on February 17, 2011, 01:23:54 PM
I got this in an email from the Patriot Action Network.  Mods, if it doesn't belong here, please move it to where you think that it's more appropriate.

Day of Rage being Promoted on Facebook:

The link is under the screengrab of the info.

We are calling for all revolutionaries to stand up. On March 12th, we want all revolutionaries, youth, communists, socialists, and anarchists to stand together. To stand against the imperialist American. To stand against the capilitalists that our exploiting our workers. Right to jobs, right to housing, right to healthcare. We must rise up my fellow Americans. We can truly live the dream. Clean Energy, is a reality that we as youth must embrace. Our government must change it's ways or we will change it for them. Sounds like it could be trouble--especially in states with large leftist populations.

Odds are that if much of anyone shows up, it'll include the hooded crowd of troublemakers who should proceed to embarrass and discredit all the useful idiots who show.

BTW, Facebook took down their page, as they were getting rabidly violent.  Facebook frowns mightily on that.

They tend to leave anti-Palin pages up for quite a while, though.  I think the should have left this one up and forward it the feds.

Perfect.

I'll see them on the streets once they finish harvesting their crops.

I am not too worried.  In my hood, Saturday is a good wage earning day, especially if the weather is nice.   :whatever:

It's already been adequately demonstrated how to handle "Muslim Rage Boy"....

Day of rage?  :lmao: So its about a bunch of young folks work themselves into a rage? I am not claiming to be a great parent, but when my kids act that way I just laugh at them.

My toddler has tantrums where she screams as loud as she can, and then proceeds to kick the couch or bang her head into the floor.  Those tantrums are usually set off because Spongebob isn't on TV.  I giggle at her because it's quite funny.  I'm sure this "revolution" will have the same reaction.

I think this quote calls for another Fox News emoticon.  :-)

My three-year-old reacts much the same way.  She can get away with more from her mother than I, though.  She knows that if Daddy has to get up and go over to her during her tantrum, she's got a better-than-three-in-four chance of winding up in the corner.

^ I've seen parents take a meaningful step towards their young ones, and the kid just automatically quiets. No questions asked. Is that about what happens in your house, PG? :-)

My great aunt asked me once when I was 3 or 4 what my mother was doing when she held up one finger, two fingers, etc. I told her "One means stop it, two means stop it now, three means we're going to the bathroom for a spanking."
