Title: Paranormal Activity 2
Post by: TexasCop on February 16, 2011, 11:20:22 PM
SUCKED
In teen group tonight my kids kept raving about how scary PA2 was and how it would scare the crap out of me and I wouldn't be able to sleep!!!

That was the most retarded heap of &%$# I've ever seen in my life.  That was a complete waste of $1 at the RedBox.  Save your money.

OK, but how was No. 1?  I kept meaning to see it, and then forgot all about it.

Thanks for the info! I wasn't crazy about part 1 either.

A few scary scenes but not worth the hype IMO.

#1 was a little better, but still a waste of money.

I ended up watching P2 last night on PPV, it was OK I'm shocked to say, not the best but just OK.

I never saw the original, but was coaxed to see P2 in the theater.  I seriously don't understand how people were terrified of it, but I do think it was half-decent, for a one time perhaps red box ($1) rental viewing.

For quite awhile, I really just presumed that it was some neighborhood teens breaking in, or some bum living in the basement without their knowledge.

I have to say the demon thumping his way up and down the stairs is terrifying to me at least LOL.
