Perhaps president Obama thought that being interviewed by a fake
Newsman on Super bowl Sunday warranted a comment such as living in a bubble is the worse thing about being the president.
Perhaps if he would have been interviewed in a more formal situation and by a real journalist he would have brought up the dead soldiers.
Or maybe he knew of the patriotic orgasm that was the pre-Super Bowl extravaganza and didn't want to be part of that.
But maybe he was just being Barack Obama and not the president of the United State.
Just like the rest of us, president Obama wanted to forget about being an accountant, or a steel worker, or a waitress in a diner, or a farmer worrying about the weather and just enjoy a day off.
Maybe that is what the Super Bowl is all about, making us forget for a moment the long slog to summer, the day to day grind of working through the winter
But maybe, just for once, we have a president who is really a regular guy who isn't so rehearsed that it seems every answer is a talking point.

Sorry DUmmie. When questioned about anything, Obama is the first thing that comes to Obama's mind. Those killed in service to their country are nothing more than photo ops for him when convenient.

I disagree.
He needs to be President every time he's in public. He needs to talk to the citizens, no matter who's interviewing him...
Not that what he says really matters anymore...
He's so busy currying favor with the Chamber of Commerce that he doesn't see us, the regular folks who voted for him...
Unfortunately he never acts like a president, just an immature little child-man.

Contrary to what O'Reilly say, he does softball his interviews with Obama. I watched it early this morning during a rerun when my dog refused to sleep.

Totally, and Bill still says "I saw the birth certificate" every chance he gets so I'm not as big a fan of Bill's anymore, but to think someone in the media would've done a tough interview with Obama is being naive. Where are the questions in reference to the birth certificate? why are all his school records sealed? the media has been laying down on the job since 2008.

Honestly, a President not realizing that people are telling him what he wants to hear usually ends up in a whole lot more soldiers getting killed than otherwise.
I'm glad he is aware of the problem, I'm just not convinced he's ever actually done anything to fix it.

I knew how he stood with the troops when he was told how many they needed to get the job done and he cut it by a ****in' third just to please the MoonBats!
He'd walk all over their dead bodies in order to get to the basketball court for some relaxation and never bat an eye!

You're right of course. I doubt they cross his mind at all. He's more worried about his, and the missin' link's image, than he is those who put their life on the line for this country!
