I hope it's not too late for them to turn the double decker bus around.

More like David Cameron is finally catching on. Loads of people up to and including the head of the Commission for Racial Equality (yes it's as lefty as you'd imagine it to to be) have said this, still it's some progress that Cameron has decided it is 'safe' to say the blindingly obvious.

Some of us other former colonials are getting it - unfortunately not the ones presently in power.

and to make matters worse England is in the throws of financial ruin. cutting back on services/programs. including the military which may not be there in future crisis.
