 No issue in particular, just a general survey on principles and ethics in general and how we incorporate them into what we want to see for our society and the world.

Poll result (9 votes) I'd rather lose with a clear conscience (2 votes, 22%) The greater good is what matters most even if exceptions must be made (4 votes, 44%) If the other side does it, we can do it too (1 votes, 11%) My principles are the most pragmatic and will prevail of their own accord (0 votes, 0%) Other (2 votes, 22%)

This explains much.

Better than 3/4s of DUmbasses will use the "win at all costs" modality.

So much for the moral high ground.

The 4th choice is curiously lonely. It seems they do not have confidence in their policies, they simply want to win. IOW: it isn't about doing what is best, it is power for power's sake.

Unless we recognize this and fight it, we will lose.  Bringing the knife to the gun fight just does not work.

Me personally: they make idiotic claims like, "Limbaugh wants to silence us and disarm us!" while totally ignoring the context of his references to what they themselves are doing, RE: L'Affair D'Palin.

They only need to claim we started it to give themselves license.

I don't know what hippy-slut (not that that is a bad thing, mind you) had in mind but that's my take.
