PHOENIX — More than three dozen Republican legislators want a plan to require Barack Obama to produce an original birth certificate for Arizona officials if he intends to seek re-election.
HB 2544 would forbid the secretary of state from putting a presidential candidate’s name on the ballot unless certain documents are first provided. These include a sworn statements outlining where the candidate has lived for the last 14 years, that the candidate does not hold dual citizenship and that the person’s allegiance “is solely to the United States of America.

Lawmaker takes 2nd try at 'birther bill'
PHOENIX, Jan. 29 (UPI) -- An Arizona bill requiring presidential candidates to show birth certificates that failed to gain traction last year has been reintroduced.
The measure sponsored by state Rep. Judy Burges would also require candidates to swear that they have not held citizenship in any other country and that their "sole allegiance is to the United States of America," Fox News reported. They would also have to produce a sworn list of every place they have lived in the 14 previous years.

Many people were questioning it before the election. They were called racists by most on the left. If states make this a requirement to be on the ballot, then 2012 comes into play. The left also tried to deflect attention by raising questions about the fact that John McCain was born in the Panama Canal zone.

There are solid reasons to believe Obama was born in Hawaii even though the narrative around his birth as depicted in his auto-bios are full of holes, i.e. Obama's mama was in Washington state (or was it Oregon) 2 weeks after he was born and there are residency records and school records to confirm this. It is implausible in the extreme that a woman could travel from Kenya via 1961 conveyances in the space of two weeks after having given birth.
But there is one fact that is indisputable: Obama has spent over $2 million to hide his birth, passport and college documents, including his theses that prove what a genius of a constitutional scholar he is over all those knuckle-dragging tea-birthers.
Anything worth $2 million is worth seeing.

Vattels laws of nations, John jays letters to washington.. All written in history as to what and why Natural born American citizen is in our constituion... But the American people are to stupid to even understand what it is to be an American now adays I guess... The Dem party has gotten so radical they had to go outside America to find someone with the same radical ideas they have... For one... What obama showed is a cert of live birth.. that could have been had with a phone call from his grandparents to the healthdepart.... in 1961 thats all you had to do.. call it in... My daughter just gave birth last night at home.. give them name and time and thats it.. you have like 18 months? to come in and prove it.
Obamas Number on his birthdate is higher then a set of twins born just 7 hrs after obama was born..and in the exact same hospital... So thats not right.. Vital statistics are there for a reason.. to keep track of people born...and keep a full record... hospital.. dr... religion.. and a host of other information...Obama is the biggest fraud in our country's history..His SS number ( one of many) issued in cinn? to 1890's kid that died and obama was useing it ?This stoy will need more checking into.. but thing's do not ad up.. This was no grand concpiracy to hatch a kenya born commie marxist and put him in white house... They just wanted obama to be an American citizen.. thats perfectly understandable.. but our constiution says only A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN can be president or vp...and you need two American citizens to produce that..Every chance you get... Bring up facts about natural born citizen and why john jay wrote washington about the commander in chief being of only natural born... then Vattels laws of nations chapter 19 par 212 clearly states what a natural born citizen is.. there is no if ands or butts about it.

Incompetano was the governor (God knows how she managed that) when Baracka ran the first time. She wouldn't have signed such a bill requested, EGADS, a birth certificate from a candidate for office.
Totally different kettle of fish these days, R Congress and R Governor.
Since my son had to produce HIS birth certificate to enroll in the local community college, why does the jug eared, sunken chest Muslim get a pass to be on the ballot for President? :bird:
