In 30 years, Republicans will be claiming and quoting Barack Obama
just as they now do with JFK, Martin Luther King and Harry Truman.
What a nightmare thought...in 30 years, the Dims will be so bad even Obama will look good. :bawl: :bawl:

It only took Obama to make Clinton look like a rock-ribbed RINO.
-
DUmmy needs to check his timeline. Obama isn't doing anything but repeating campaign slogans that put the opposition party in power in November. Reducing tax rates, eliminating earmarks, reducing non-discretionary deficit spending. I think one of his speechwriters hoisted a few papers off Paul Ryan's desk when he was out to lunch.

Oh, no, Clinton may be in the running for only second-to-worst instead of worst, but that's about it.
-
The DUmmies are calling this a "republican" speech in several threads. :lmao:
-
Oh lord! I just caught Pelosi bein' interviewed by Sustern for about 2 minutes and had to change the channel or shoot the ****in' TV!!!!
"The Repubs are standin' in the way of the jobs bills!" We've had control of congeress for what a ****in' week?
I shit you not! That's what that vampire said! Don't know if Greta called her on it as I would have had a dead TV before I got to that part!!!!!!!!!
-
There was a little feature/analysis on F&F today, which showed that that speech was largely plagairized from past presidents, par for the course for the democrats. So, the OP has it turned around a bit.
-

I wouldn't even go that far. Carter has Clinton beaten, hands-down.
-
If we're quotin' anything that "Dope" has said, it will be to emphasize just how bad he ****ed up!
-
Sounds more like a crabby DUmmy trying to soothe its wounded Leftist heart by engaging in a little Obama-worship ::)
-
Hmm, it's been 30 years. Are conservatives quoting and claiming Carter?

Only to show how much he luvs the Jooooooooos and kisses Hugo's ample behind!
-
I agree with the DUchebag OP. Only we will quote and then show the error if his remark.
For lurking DUmbasses MLK was a republican. JFK would be more vilified than Joe Lieberman and Truman would be in the Tea Party.

Would we, though? Rebel has a point about Carter, IMO. It's not as if Obama will be as memorable as say, Stalin.

Claiming? Never. Quoting? Yes. Of course, it'll be proceeded by "Can you believe that idiot said this, ......."
.
-
"If they bring a knife, we'll bring a gun."...I figure that'll be about the only quote used 30 years from now.
-

:rotf:
Man, that's exactly what went through my mind on this one!
-
The only quotes of Carter's I use on a semi-regular basis is when I curb-stomp liberals with his statements like, "...put on a sweater..."

Mainly I remember how a rabbit kicked his ass.*
*Well, it happened Ptar.

Not unless he's attacked by a killer rabbit or we need a good laugh. All hat and no cowboy as my husband says.

You're exactly right primitive. They'll be using the communist community organizer as what NOT to say and do.

The most amazing thing about President Peanut, aside from the rabbit attack and the lusting mind, is that he's a graduate of the Naval Academy.
The idea that such a thoroughly incompetent boob could have a degree from a service academy boggles my mind.

Well, I mean, it is the Navy. :stirpot:

Marines?

You know, I might quote him if I needed to help some kids understand how not to speak (or write). His speeches are good examples of mushy, meaningless word salad.

Or silver-tongued devilry.
He truly sounds like a dolt to me, like someone wrote every single word he's saying, but the effect he has on his liberal fans is amazing. All he has to do is smooth-talk them (if you could call that "smooth talking") and they think he's single-handedly changing the world into a paradise.

Don't forget 57 states and corpseman.

Only to people with zero idea of how a meaningful sentence is constructed, and are impressed by a lot of pleasant-sounding words strung together in such a way that they're connected, but produce no meaning.
Ie, libs.

Keepin' it short: they're weak-willed, superficially literate idiots.

....or that his uncle freed the Jews at Auschwitz (which was actually freed by the Russians).
....or that 10,000 people had died in the Greensburg, Kansas tornado, which would be strange since only 1,574 live in Greensburg and only 3,278 in the entire county of Kiowa. Must have been a tourist rush.

I don't know about quotes, but I'm sure that thirty years from now people will talk about the jug-eared muslim. And then they'll spit.
