Insane letter to the editor in the Omaha World Herald

This letter appeared in the paper yesterday. I couldn't find the letter again online so the intro is extremely rough paraphrasing, but I remember the bullet point:
People are talking about the Democrats raising taxes and ruining health care if they win the presidency, but we can fight for a better America right now. We need to stand up for what we believe in.
-Return your stimulus check
-Refuse Social Security and Medicare payments
-End farm subsidies
-Repeal the Minimum wage
-Repeal child labor laws
Stop socialism in all it’s forms!
Who is this person going around thinking, "Gee the United States would be great except 8 year olds aren't working in the coal mines!" Don't forget this is why we vote Democrat in Congressional elections because these are the psychos that populate the House of Representatives on the Republican side.
This OP wasn't so great, but...

1. I'll see your insane and raise you one fundie with very low self esteem
Only some allowed to take offense
Every day, we hear stories of one group or another being offended, be it the gay community, African-Americans, Muslims or women. Recently, I turned on the television, and the first thing I saw was a gay event in San Francisco, held Easter Sunday, which mocked Christianity with a "hunky Jesus" contest. The next channel reported on a Baptist convention where the consensus was that a black minister's racist anti-white speech didn't go far enough. Another channel showed a presidential candidate calling children a punishment as a reason for supporting abortion, and one was showing a movie titled "White Men Can't Jump."
I almost became upset, but then I remembered that as a Catholic, conservative, heterosexual white male, I no longer have the right to be offended.

No doubt it varies from locale to locale but most of the letters to the editor here that relate to national politics are an obvious regurgitation of lib talking points.

I saw this letter in the Omaha World-Herald.
The short-sighted primitive is correct about the points the writer made, but the short-sighted primitive missed the main point the writer was trying to make.
The writer was saying, "If you want to save America, get off the public dole."
That's what it was.
