You know how there is that "certain" wingnut site that we never name? (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x219425)

When it is necessary to reference it, it is sometimes referred to as "that site which shall not be named".

Could we do the same thing with the person Hannity interviewed today?

Publicity, ANY publicity, is her oxygen and I would so much like to see her gasping and blue in the face.

So this DUmmy is comparing here and CU to Sarah Palin?  Cool by me.

If it weren't for hate of Republicans and Sarah Palin, DU would be almost a ghost town.  They simply can't stop talking about her.

And they keep complaining about her being in the news. It's kind of like someone banging their head against the wall and complaining about the headache it gave them.

You know, I have a confession to make.

When conservativecave and the DUmpster first got underway, I speculated that, as with our old home, the "key" to success would be in drawing primitives over here.

I was SURE that was the key to success.

The more the primitives came over here, it seemed to me, the more they would be motivated to create stuff for us to post, because the primitives love publicity, or more so, the chance to be a "victim" by being picked on.

And so I did my damnedest, to get the primitives over here.

Talk about moving a mountain to bring forth a mouse; all I got was Pedro Picasso coming over here, and Pedro Picasso barely amounts to a dried-up mouse turd.

About two years ago, I slowly stopped worrying about it; the primitives are never going to pay attention to us anyway.  It's highly likely we get more lurkers from Pitcairn Island than from Skins's island, and it's pretty likely there's only about ten, if that many, primitives on Skins's island who are aware of us.

But that seemed irrelevant insofar as the growth and evolution of the DUmpster was concerned; the DUmpster continued to flourish and thrive, and soon outgrew even the Lounge, once the most popular forum here.

So.....franksolich no longer cares if the primitives don't know of us.

Coach, I think that the evidence of traffic in the months of December (when the DOTY nominations and voting happens) can serve to prove the idea that the primitives do know of us.
