Go Figure…. Leftist Hero Eric Fuller Has Long History of Violent Unhinged Behavior
On Saturday Trent Humphries, the Tucson tea party leader, was threatened with death by far left activist and unimpeachable voice of the left Eric Fuller at a taped ABC town hall meeting in Tucson. Fuller was heard screaming “whores” at the audience as he was dragged from the event and arrested. ABC and Christine Amanpour decided not to show Fuller’s arrest to their Sunday audience. After all, it was just a tea party conservative who was threatened with death.
That wasn’t the first time Fuller found himself in a violent confrontation. On the morning of the Safeway shooting Fuller reportedly was seen arguing with a former Marine. This occurred before Loughner arrived and started his killing spree.
Marilyn Zerull, who ran for office recently in Tucson for the state house of representatives, is familiar with Eric Fuller. She shared with me today her experiences with the far left activist.
Last year between the primary and general elections Fulller was the inspector of elections at the polling station she worked at in both the primary and general elections. (more...)

...A quick check of court records in Pima County, Arizona, reveals that on November 24, 1997, a man by the name of Prince Eric Fuller legally changed his name to James Eric Fuller. The order was signed by Judge Lina Rodriguez under case number c323363. (View docket here.) From that point, the trail on James Eric Fuller goes cold, but the trail on Prince Eric Fuller picks up.
A simple web search for the name Prince Eric Fuller yields a huge surprise, readily available to anyone with a search engine. Before the U.S. Supreme Court a case was heard under Fuller v. Oregon, 417 U.S. 40 (1974). The case was brought by Prince Eric Fuller and involves whether or not an indigent person may be forced to pay court and other costs associated with their crime or whether the charging of such costs would violate equal protection tenets of the law. The appeal was lost, and SCOTUS affirmed that said costs could indeed be taxed to the person convicted. On its face, this appears to be a rather mundane ruling on constitutional issues.
That is, until one examines the underlying conviction: Sodomy in the Third Degree!
So, at the bottom of the pile, we find that the Prince Eric Fuller who fought the payment of costs all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court had pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. The sentence was probationary, work-release type thing so common in the past, and still too common today....

So could his discharge from the military have been for getting caught buggering another sailor?
Back when he was discharged would they have listed it the way they did as a way to come right out and say "this guy is gay"?

By this point, I'm wondering if there wasn't a second psychopath involved in this with Loughner, and he just happened to get his sorry ass shot when the whole thing blew up in their faces. These two really are a pair of effin' bookends.
