If congress got rid of all funding for all social programs, which actions would be unconstitutional?
Is there an obligation of the government to provide food stamps or social security or Medicare or Medicaid that is in the constitution itself? Or is that purely legislative?

The right to freebies is right next to the right for an abortion.
That's why I advise putting down the bong, get a haircut or perm if you are a woman, put on some decent clothes and get a job.

Our Founders especially left that shit out moron! They decided such crap should be left up to one's family and community, not the damn gubmint!
...“The Utopian schemes of leveling (re-distribution of wealth) and a community of goods (central ownership of the means of production and distribution) are as visionary and impractical as those which vest all property in the Crown. These ideas are arbitrary and despotic, and in our government, unconstitutional.â€
