Judge Scott Gordon says the McCourts' marital property agreement is invalid.
The judge in the dispute between Frank McCourt and his ex-wife over ownership of the LA Dodgers has finalized his decision that their marital property agreement is invalid.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon gave both sides time to lodge objections to his December 7 ruling. On Wednesday, he sustained two out of five objections by Frank McCourt, whose attorneys have yet to appeal Gordon's decision.
