I thought so too.

Maybe she was just exhausted, but it sure looked like she wasn't going to make it up those stairs. She didn't get up very fast either, even with being helped.  :(

Hardly on of my favorite people, but I hope she is OK and this is not a symptom of any kind of emerging medical issue.  Of course Gerald Ford couldn't keep his feet under him to save his ass, and he lived to a fairly ripe old age.
