Why doesn't Palin just apologize? Seriously. All she has to say
Edited on Mon Jan-10-11 07:07 PM by jillan
is that she is aware that there have been alot of questions on her crosshair chart over the last couple of days, and that she apologizes that people found it so offensive. Or whatever. Just acknowledge it.
Rather than become defensive, the proper thing to do is to apologize, especially since it was Gabrielle Giffords that discussed the chart after it was first put out.
Sarah, that's what a true leader would do in a situation like this where everyone is pointing fingers at you.
If she can't even do that - she is exactly what we think she is.... a Nothing. No Class. Zero Leadership Skills.
Edit to add - that it just proves she doesn't know right from wrong.

Like you guys would shut up about her if she did.
She has nothing to apologize for. Anyone with any intelligence can tell the difference between metaphors and actual calls for violence.
Sadly you goons have the IQ of a turnip. No wait a turnip is smarter than all of you combined.

7. If Pres. Obama could be even remotely associated with something like this due to something he said..
...or something his campaign did, a 45 minute speech w/ included apology and message clarification would have been issued by now.

20. because she is NOT sorry. Why does everyone think she is against the shooting?
Because I take her at her word that she isn't a sicko like all of you goons who are joyful over this. I have yet to see any concern for anyone affected by this and a single condemnation of the asshole who pulled the trigger. You goons are too busy trying to figure out how to benefit from this.

There's a difference in the "crosshairs" symbol of a rifle scope and the surveyors "crosshairs" symbol used by Palin to denote a geographic location.

Palin could have had rainbows and flowers on that pic and they still would try to say she was calling for their murder.

“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun.â€
"Get out there and “punish our enemiesâ€
“I don’t want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! I’m angry!â€
“Punch back twice as hard.â€
I'll be waiting for that apology speech. Perhaps, since we now KNOW this guy had more philosophically in common with the left, just perhaps these words were stewing in his brain for the last few years and he decided, finally, to act on them.
Heck, his internal dialogue might have gone something like this (it's more plausible than cross hairs on a map during an election as Obama's words DIRECTLY and DESCRIPTIVELY call for violence):
"The president says I have a right to be angry, he doesn't want me to stop being angry. And I am really, really angry at Congresswoman Giffords. I wrote her a letter but I didn't get a good answer back. I even went to one of her town meetings but she ignored me. President Obama says we should "punch back twice as hard" and that we should "punish our enemies". She's my enemy! He said if they bring a knife to the fight we bring a gun...I have a gun. For all I know she has a knife or someone else does. I'm doing exactly what the president told me to do! I bet he'll be so proud of me!"

And why do you DUmmies think she's FOR the shootings, you losers?
This wasn't political. It was about a kid that had some serious mental problems. Look at that mug shot. Only a face a mother could love.
