DUmmy mdmc is the one who was ecstatic about getting an endorsement from the Working Families Party, an ACORN front, in his campaign for city council in some little upstate New York town. Then he crashed and burned because he couldn't get anyone to sign his petition to get on the primary ballot. DUmmy mdmc is to politics as DUmmy stevenumbers is to womanizing.

This is what happens when you slip and fall in NYC
My parents went to see a Broadway show last week. While walking, my mom slipped and fell on some snow or ice. My dad couldn't get her up; she was stuck. Within two minutes several people (A UPS Driver, a clerk at a boutique, and a women in a Benz) stopped to help. Within another minute my mom was up and standing. Several more people came to her aid with paper towels and coffee. Another lady saw the fall from the other side of the street. She eventually made it over to my parents and offered my mom her shawl (to cover up my mom's ruined clothing). My mom refused the shawl several times, and the lady eventually sneaked away without her shawl (which made it impossible for my mom to return / refuse the shawl). My mom was able to wear the shawl over her clothing and feel comfortable while watching the show..
So thank you NY'ers if you happened to help an old lady get out of the snow last week. It was much appreciated.

Unless all the Good Samaritans were tourists, this is a pure bouncy.
I'd believe it only if he added that later his father noticed his wallet was missing.

I give the primitive 3 bouncy idiot heads for this one. :bouncingidiot: :bouncingidiot: :bouncingidiot:
Man, the primitives sure can come up with those "stories", huh?

Same place that let a woman be raped while not even calling the police.
ZERO BONG.

I'm sorry.
Why couldn't the husband get his wife up but a few other people could? How did she get "stuck" if she slipped on ice. She didn't slip on snow. It was ice.
This story is lame.

She fell and immediately froze to the sidewalk due to global warming.
Come on, haven't you seen the documentary "The Day After Tomorrow"?

Yeah, that stuck in my craw, too. What do you mean, "he couldn't get her up?" I was picturing a morbidly obese woman, perhaps.
Also, "came to her aid with paper towels and coffee." I got stuck there. If I take a fall on ice, my whole body is shaken. I don't want coffee, more like a brandy.
This very well happens in the little upstate NY burgs; I fell once on ice and traffic stopped to see if I was OK (conked the head in a bad way). NYC? No way.

So Duchebag mdmc is the son of the Life Alert woman?

This is exactly how I picture a DUmmie's parents! Some humongous gal weighin' in at around 300, trippin' over the flab hangin' off her ankles and takin' a face plant, accompanied by some little frail twerp who has to have help to pick up his pud, beggin' for the muscle to pick up two ton Tessie off the sidewalk!
Yep! Sounds right to me!
2 bongs!

Exactly. Everyone just wants to go on and do their business, and they don't want this thing called "liability" if something goes wrong.
-
The only thing missing was reference to a teabagger wearing a "I Heart Sarah Palin" shirt asking what was blocking the sidewalk and complaining that the DUmmies mom was going to make him late for a signing at the Borders book store around the corner where President George Bush was appearing to promote his book.

Don't forget the cop; there has to be a cop jumping out of the bushes somewhere, even if the only bushes in NYC are in Central Park. :diebouncy:

Lets say this story is 100% true -
What it says without words is the the NYC snow removal people suck at their job. Most of these people are union, therefore this is an anti-union bouncy -- someone needs to alert on mdmc pronto.

Maybe a mole could plant the seed . . . :evillaugh:

This could be very well true, people do come at times to help someone in distress. Why do we not want to see the civilions that step up to help a stranger in trouble. Shit happens out of the blue and to forget that any one of us who were there and tried to help her is a sad commentary.
There are news storeys every day of people in trouble and onlookers just stand there and do nothing. The unreported are the storeys of the people that are helped out of the problem.--Shock and scandle---someone is beaten up, no one does one darn thing to help them----woman and child caught in a car fire after an accident and people rush to free them taking their own lives at risk. What gets the head lines, the news and whatever, the dude beaten up, or the people that saved 2 lives while risking their own.????

You act like none of us would help out a complete stranger if they were injured or something happened. I've done it my whole life. This story seems to have a lot of bouncy in it though.
My main concern with this story is the part about the woman falling on the ice (believable) and getting stuck with the husband unable to get her up (unbelievable).

That's what I thought. The only time New Yorkers notice an accident is when they fight each other in the rush to get onboard a wrecked bus.
