Utility bill
Does anyone know how much it costs to keep the heat and lights on at the Capitol? Just wondering what OUR tab will be for today's theatrics on the part of the oh-so-fiscally-worried republicans. . .

as if any of them are going to pay for it.

Funny, you didn't seem to be too worried about the costs incurred by the previous lame duck Congress' attempts to ram as much as they could down our throats (DREAM Act, new budget that they wouldn't pass earlier, Don't Ask, Don't Tell, etc.). What's a few hours compared to all the days they stayed on past the typical recess date just so they could stick it to the new Congress (and to us)?

Didn't Nasty P., former Spewer of the House, used to order the spending of $25,000 a day on flowers for offices.

Ah, hatred and anger about all things good and descent.  It's the glue that holds the primitives together.

Hey asshats? What do ya 'spose it would've cost to read the ObwanaCare bill before they passed the sum bitch? It's 23 hundred pages!

And you're worried about the "People's Text"?????????

You morons don't even like the healthcare bill! Maybe we would have saved ourselves a few billion if they read the mutha ****a before they passed it!

This from the people that know about as many lines of the Constitution as they do verses of the Bible.  I guess 3 sentences is the max their memory will hold.  Maybe they should have listened today.   ::)

Not to mention the "minor" fact that most of the lousy crap passed by the Dims was voted on in the middle of the night...nothing like burning all the electricity to vote in something 70% of the US does not want...

They do hate both, the Bible, and the Constitution. Mainly because both pretty much say you have to get off your ass and work to survive.

And both were products of divine guidance.

Whatever it was, I'm sure it was much less than $3.66 billion (http://www.conservativecave.com/index.php/topic,53625.0.html).  That particular record is going to be a difficult one to beat.  Congratulations, Nancy!

Then, when the DUmbshits are through choking that down, we can discuss the late night/early morning votes on ObamaCare, Porkulus spending, and a few other Progressive monstrosities, all so they could ram something through without a Republican voice of dissent.

No, the earlier posts are absolutely right:  when the DUmbshits can offer a factual and reasonable justification for enslaving my 6-year old boy and his kids to the tune of $3.66 billion a day, I might be interested in listening.  Until then... :bigbird:
