Sheriff Joe is always making sure the inmates are in high fashion.  ;)

I saw a beautiful picture of some of the mountains covered in snow in the Phoenix area on Jan Brewer's Facebook.  My first year in Phoenix had some snow on the mountains too.  It was just beautiful.

I'm sure the ACLU and some of the inmates will complain. But I'm also sure that there are tens of thousands of people in the 3rd world who'd give an eye tooth for those thermals on a cold night.

I doubt that any of them would suffer serious harm. They are getting better them alot of troops get during an FTX.

I'm sure that we have homeless folks right here in the USA that would too.
