I had a Chicago-style hotdog earlier. I'll probably drink a Muscle Milk to wash it down in a bit.

Chicken thighs coated with paprika, mexican chili powder, garlic salt, and cayanne pepper.
Left overnight in the bag I shook them in.

Chopped grean beans, carrots, green peppers, mushrooms and brown rice in the bottom of the crock pot then the chicken on top of that.

A little water and then a jar of cheese sauce poured over, left on low for about 8 hours. :-)

My room-mate and I were both in the mood for home-made soup... plus, the weather down here has been chilly enough.

It's been simmering for several hours, but home-made vegetable beef soup is always worth it (especially if it's mom's recipe ;)  )
