But there's also a big illegal alien and criminal element there too. You gotta be packing if you work in that area.

This is the difference between a street criminal and a good life criminal---Poor planning. Darn if these idiots are ever educated and plan a raid, practice before hand, then we are in big trouble.

There is something for keeping the Ass holes at bay, don't let them be given a good education, send the creeps to schools that will teach them nothing. WTF they will sort themselves out by death.
