This is a video of my daughter (nearest the camera) doing a Polynesian dance to a gorgeous rendition of Silent Night.

What a cutie pie your daughter is, and so graceful. I admire people with rhythm, hell with a sense of balance. :cheersmate:

Me too considering I have none.
She's really good at Polynesian. Her hand movements and timing is impeccible.

Beautiful dance, you should be proud! She is very pretty, too.

Beautiful girl, WS....and what gorgeous hair!!!
I'm with Bou...on the grace...and sense of rhythm. I am proof that grace is an inherited trait....and can not be learned. :thatsright:

and what gorgeous hair!!!
All natural. But being the teen (13) that she is, she wants to straighten it all the time.

The gal that did the choreography has been working with her and the other girls for several years. Even she says that 'Kat" has a grace and understanding of Poly dance that far exceeds her years. She shoulden't be "understanding" (movements) the dance for a few more years, but she does. It's rare that you see young girls that know how to use their hands and foot movements correctly. Usually its the young women in their late teens/early 20's that "get" it.
If you notice the young lady on the far end does OK, but you can tell it's by rote.
Anyone know who did the song??
-
no, but I hope you'll tell us

The song is by the Brothers Cazimero. :cheersmate:
