Title: NFL: Monday Night Football Gets Another Game

However, nobody will be watching it except in NY, and Minneapolis.

Quote
Brett Favre has to love this snowstorm. It gave his ailing shoulder another day to heal.

The Giants-Vikings game was moved from Sunday afternoon to Monday night because Minnesota had at least 15 inches of snow and wind gusting over 30 mph and the New York team was waiting it out in Kansas City after its flight was diverted.

The NFL confirmed Saturday night that the game will be played at 7 p.m. CT and be aired by Fox in the teams' local television markets.

This is messed up. I knew we got it bad here in the cheese state, but they had to have gotten it about 2x worse. I don't know. We'll have to asses the damage when all is said, and done. Dammit! This is a game I really wanted to see, too.

Why can't you watch it?

Well, it says in that article that it'll be on FOX Sunday, but I'm getting conflicting stories. They just reported on ESPN 1070 that the game will only be in the NYC, and Mineapolis markets. I'm also hearing of massive conflict, from the ticket purchasers. It's fixing to be a real cluster f*ck.

Maybe I'm just confused about the markets vs. where it will be televised...
