Landlady came back into the house today./Also proof she used our phone line.
So my wife and I are sitting in our place watching TV and the landlady came over to our house asking if she could come in and check to see if any circuits for house are somehow in our basement.

She's complaining she has no electricity and the electrician has been out to her home twice. and he tells her she needs to replace the circuit panel and it would be $1000.00

She's like I've never had this problem before it's like we have electricity for 2 hours than don't. My wife tired to explain to this woman that she might have a short in her wiring OR that the panel could be bad. and the woman doesn't want to hear it she wants to claim that since one day in the summer her back door was opened (without her knowledge.) that someone is sneaking into her home!

Her son also came over to the house and she didn't want him in the house. It is like she doesn't want him to hear anything she says to us. especially when she accuses us.

One silver lining. We got our bill from verizon and we have 2 INTERNATIONAL calls on our bill to HER home country!

The ruddy Gaelic primitive, remember, was the one who couldn't tell the difference between his mother and his wife, whichever one works at the call-center.

You probably don't recall the IdiotBriggs primitive, the "Ida Briggs" primitive, sir, who is a landlady and had tenant problems, and ultimately blamed Bush for all of it.

The amusing thing is that nearly every single DUmmy HAS a landlord. (Except DUmmy Bobo The Hobo, who has a parking attendant.) DUmp democrats are, by and large, not what you'd call landed gentry.

2. So she committed a crime Using your phone line to call internationally is not only stupid, but it's also a crime. It's called theft by wire. Call the cops on her. You have evidence.

Well, one's sure the cross-eyed Iowa primitive knows exactly what "theft by wire" is.

Why am I not surprised by that?

Yeah, we all know how the cross-eyed Iowa primitive's an ex-con, a mean one.

As if he bashed someone's head in, or shot a bank all to smithereens.

Actually, he did time for bad checks and "theft by wire," those sorts of things.

They never seem to be "dull" over there at the DUmp. That's for sure.

I think this whole story is a product of the witch's brew of legal and illegal chemicals that most DUmp democrats regularly consume. Several times over the years, I've called the phone company to report long distance calls on my bill that I have no knowledge of. In every case, the phone company has adjusted my bill with no argument whatever. This tale is either pure bouncy, or the drug-addled poster has left out a lot of pertinent information.

Come to think of it GOBUCKS. I've done the same thing and it's never been a problem at all.

Oh, but that way, the primitive can't be a victim.

The primitive badly, desperately, wants to be a victim.

That's one of the principal characteristics of primitivity.

LOL. That's funny.

I always imagined her Buick being parked in an alley behind a Chinese diner.

Maybe if you saved your pennies instead of blowing them on all the latest gizmos you might be able to buy a house.

It's not the biggest (3 bedrooms,  2 baths, 2 car garage, fireplace, inground spriklers...) but it's mine. And paid for.

Not sure but it looks like you might need to do a little work on that chimney? Owning your own home is great but, damn its always something!
I don't think the dummies are ready for that kind of responsibility.

That's some kind of algae that keeps growing on it. It's a pain. In the pic it does look like cracks. And yes. It's always something.  :banghead: But the payoff of not having to deal wit noisy upstairs/downstairs neighbors is worth it.

Nothing like owning a home and not having to make payments on it. Good for you! :cheersmate:
The Dummies are still waiting for their free pony, then they'll ask for their free home.

CM, a H5 from me for the home.  My wife and I are looking to buy near us.  We like the area, and the church where I sing is a very important reason for us to stay in the area.  There's a couple of homes for sale around here that are within our price range.  One of them has its' own well for watering the lawn (and garden that we will have).  If I get a Big Berkey water filter, we won't ever have to worry about clean water if/when TSHTF.  Also, all of our daughter's friends are in the day care that would be a mile from one of the houses (and three miles from the other one).  We like the area we're in now--it's a fairly conservative area.  If we could help an Airborne Ranger get to the House of Representatives (Chris Gibson), it can't be that bad . . .

Chances are, he's callin' one of those phone sex lines, or communicatin' with a Nigerian Prince to give him account info, so they can share the multimillion dollar inheritance!

Doesn't want wifey to figure it out, doncha know!
