Title: Feds WANT New Street Sign for all Localities

After watching this video, a few things concern me; 1.) State's Rights;  2.) Expenses having to be incurred by the City, County & State; & 3.) The profiteering  by 3M.

I recall hearing on the one of the talk radio shows earlier this week, or a news spot during one, that the whole thing was dead letter.

Can't see the vid, of course, so I'm not getting the full story on this.

Federal Highway Commission or somesuch is pushing standardized street signs, fer chrissakes?

Yeah, I can see a lot of our money crossing somebody else's palms - it's the Obama way.

Unfunded mandates make us all happy.
