Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Sunday that he believes he has the votes to keep professed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed from being tried in a U.S. civilian court.
The senator said on "Fox News Sunday" he believed in an "all of the above" approach to trying terror suspects that could utilize civilian courts and military commissions, but said he would do "everything in my power" to keep Mohammed and 9/11 co-conspirators from being tried in a civilian court.
He is acting like his vote gives a matter? White House will not be denied their spoils!

Good ole' Lindsey "the lizard" Graham. Just spewing out some talking points and trying to sound like a tough guy on terrorists. I don't trust him.

I say put KSM in a room and expose him to he give him severe radiation poisoning which is from criticality. He will die a slow, gruesome, and agonizing death. :-)

Perhaps I'm misremembering, but wasn't he one of the people who kept the military commissions on hold for years, as GOP control of the Senate gradually slipped away?

yup.
