NBC Names Ground Zero Mosque Developer a "Person of the Year"
NBC and its affiliates have been trounced in ratings over the last several years. With stations like MSNBC under their belt and liberals such as Matt Lauer and Keith Olbermann hosting programs, NBC is clearly disconnected with the average American. Another clear sign of their mismanagement: naming Sharif El-Gamal, developer of the Ground Zero Mosque, one of their "People of the Year."
In an interview set to air on Thanksgiving Day, Matt Lauer sat down with El-Gamal and discussed the "Park 51 Project." El-Gamal, who was apparently pleased to be named one of NBC's people of the year, seemed very comfortable answering questions. The excerpt released so far shows that Mr. Lauer gave El-Gamal a decidedly softball interview.
After the interview, "Park51," a Twitter page set up in support of the Ground Zero Mosque, believed the interview went well and asked people to watch the entire interview on Thursday.

NBC is now competing with Al-Jazeera for Muslim viewers?

On-camera fellating is becoming a special courtesy of the MSM to muslims. I'm sure they're overjoyed.

More bending over backwards to appease the throwbacks. Sickening.

In other news: Revolutions faith in humanity has gone down another fraction...

And who watches NBC? Anything worth watching on NBC? They were the first network to kill Saturday morning cartoons as we remembered. Not the current crap they air these days, I mean back than.
-
All the morning cartoons nowdays suck. Looney Tunes...all the way. Eff the rest.

Exactly! Saturday Morning Cartoons died when Garfield and Friends got the boot. I have been boycotting CBS since than.

I guess NBC wanted to follow up on the wet kiss they gave to the Ground Zero Mosque during a recent episode of Law & Order SVU. The detectives were following up a lead and ended up at an anti-mosque protest. They proceeded to get into an argument with the demonstrators, mouthing the party line about how "it's only a community center" and "ever hear of freedom of religion?" Five minutes later they were looking for the bad guy, who was...you'll never guess...a member of a right-wing anti-government militia! Wow, who could have seen that coming? I can't tell you what happened next, because I changed channels.
It's getting so you can't even enjoy a little escapism by watching a TV drama. The networks seem to relish sticking a thumb in your eye.
