Quote
“To advance American interests and values and to lead other nations in solving shared problems in the 21st century, we must rely on our diplomats and development experts as the first face of American power,” Clinton said in the introduction of a “consultation draft” version leaked to The Washington Post this week. “We must lead through civilian power.”
I posted this in General. It could have been Military or Economics and since Hilary is involved it could have been Terrorism.

Nice way of saying, "Reduce the size of our military and piss away more money."

It's a FUBAR idea, based on the delusional belief that State could find '...an army of civilian aid workers...'  willing to go in unarmed (And you can bet your ass State would insist on that) and chance getting their asses blown off, or their heads quite literally handed to them, doing the civil affairs work the Soldiers and Marines do.

They would also be union workers is my guess.

On the other hand it would be a nifty way of thinning the herd of non-warriors for a change.

After all, the imposter does want to reduce the size of the military.
In this day and age, this incompentent imposter leaves us more vulnerable. :argh:
