15. Nope. Downton Detroit.
Downtown Detroit is cleaner, nicer, and safer these days than it has been in my lifetime.

It's too bad his honor the mayor is a lying POS, because the trains are otherwise running on time around here.

For starters very few people live in downtown Detroit unless you are a professional athlete or have a job there. The "lying POS" mayor is a Democrat Romulcox never forget that. What trains are you refering to ..The people mover? that half ass eyesore thats only one car and goes in a 3 mile circle around a very small section of downtown? The funny thing is Romulcox probably voted for The Hiphop mayor twice and is now reaping his own vote :rotf: Suck it dummies he's your guy! :-)

Romulcox also forgot to mention when talking about "how nice downtown Detroit is that just 2 blocks off of Woodward Ave right behind Wayne State University is a section of Detroit called "The Cass Corridor" a section of Detroit so blighted and crime ridden the people who live there don't come out after sundown.Very remenicent of Cabrini Green in Chicago! :bird:Romulcox :-)

I don't think it would be too expensive to buy.

I was listening to Glen Beck the other day and they were looking at this website were you could buy homes in Detroit for as little as $2000! The payment would be $18 dollars a month!

The only downside? The house is in Detroit.  :-)

:o Hell, that might be a good investment. Buy it, fix it up, and rent it section 8 for 800 a month.

The other downside....since you are the only one there, your real estate taxes will be astronomical......

I think the trains romulcox is referring to are the shuttle trains inside the Detroit airport.   :-)  Detroit is an example of what a city should not be.
