Memphis pilot sues government over airport screening measure
MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - A Memphis commercial airline pilot filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the federal government, claiming the TSA's full-body scanners and enhanced pat-downs violate his constitutional rights.
Michael Roberts made headlines last month when he refused to use the full-body scanners at Memphis International Airport.
The FDA insists the scanners pose a minimal radiation risk. But unions representing at least two airlines are asking their pilots to avoid them.

US pilot Michael Roberts is suing the US Government for their intrusive, unconstitutional security procedures at airports. Tonight Roberts told Sean Hannity that TSA agents, “Want to see my penis… And, if I don’t show it to them they want to touch it.”

I heard the "touch my penis" part of the interview while in the kitchen. I had to run into the living to verify if he actually said that. lol
There will probably be many lawsuits like this, but unfortunately, all of them will lose. They are going up against the government. Don't hold your breath on winning!

Now for the Big question, when the scanners fill out their IRS form under their profession, do they put down Junk Feeler or Snatch Inspector ?
I wonder if those ex rays can pick up penile implants and that is that mans problem.

I hope he wins!! This is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment, IMUO. How many more rights are we going to have to sacrifice in the name of safety"?? The government was out of control when GWB was President and only has trended more towards fascism with Lord Zero.....
