What to think--Freedom of speech or freedom to enlist the sickos and tell them they are normal.
This is something that makes my skin crawl as I know darn well our founding fathers never meant to allow free speech on how to break the laws of the land or how to mollest little kids.
What next how to books on how to stalk and rape hookers, how to stalk a neighbors wife, how to commit a home invasion--kill everyone and leave no sign you were there??
Good grief, where does free speech end and where does it begin.?
This becomes a mind bender for me, ---just because any book or speech offends me, the person speaking or writing has the right to do so--RIGHT.??
So why can we be arrested for using the N word when we become upset with another.?
How can we call verbal speech Hate speech yet if we write the words on a piece of paper it is protected as openion.??
Life is just getting so complicated I need to hide under my bed.

I have no problem with cultural learning, but then I have never lived in any other culture so perhaps I can understand, but find the culture not to my liking.
Cavegirl, I went for mega years believing that we must live and let live until the 1990's when the storeys of female circumcision being done to girls at the age of 6-8. The culture had a reason for doing so but why wait to horrify and traumatise the females in such a disfigurement at that age, if they wished it done why not shortly after birth as males have done.
What is done is done and no one remembers the operation.
As I asked one teacher in social history about this, why did these God Loving people think that they had any right to alter the body's of those people God created.
I was told that this was a ancient culture that followed the laws of their tribes. So when I suggested that mankind had and was altering the human body for their gain and not leaving the body as God had willed it, darn the teacher looked like she wanted to bite my head off.
Culture is interesting, some Asians have their children's ears pierced shortly after birth in the hospitals, some African tribes circumcised boys at 13 in a show of manhood, sort of like Jumping the Bulls.
Today we have cultures coming here to live with very different view points, some religious and some cultural. This country lives in a techno world, TV autos, computers running water electricity that one co worker called fire as his language had no word for it. sewage. one that for the most part has no religious leaders or family that demands we live as our forefathers did in the 12 hundreds century.
Nothing really wrong with diversity, they will in the end blend in------we hope.
The pervets will continue to multiply, look to their politicians that are open gays and give us a bit of a free for all, but just think, they cannot breed so we can overcome them in ways they never imagined.
As long as we do not go the way of the British and accommodate or try to everyone, we can make it. This crap about Sharai law in America is nonsense one has to abide by OUR laws not theres.

White? Christian? Offended?? :argh: :argh: Christians, especially evil hater white Christians, have no right to be offended. It's time for them to get 'some of their own' back. :argh: :argh: /LiberalMode
::) ::) No one "that matters" really cares if 70% of the country is offended. There are a limited number of people that matter, and none of them would be offended... :banghead:
