There are conservative actors, singers and athletes but ...
are there any conservative comedians?
Do Republicans have any sense of humor?
(And to call a buffoon like Limbaugh a comedian is to demean the craft of comedy.)

Yes we have a sense of humor. Compare this site to DU and see which side is bitter and angry all the time.
Hell you guys are even bitter and angry and want to jail conservatives when you control all 3 chambers of govt.
You guys get all pissy when anyone says Democrat. Yet when we get called Tea baggers and other stupid names we laugh it off and mock you.
The only comedy coming from you guys is unintentional every time you open your mouth.

Larry the Cable Guy as well and not to get too deep about it what the DUmmies are referring to is not so much comedy but a sarcastic snark meant to mock and ridicule...that is why they adore the only leftist comediennes they know of.
Colbert,Mahar and such.
Hell,I have enough confidence in conservatism being correct that if someone makes a truly funny joke about a conservative politician I can laugh at it without getting all bent out of shape.
A primitive can`t.

Dennis Miller! :whistling:

Dennis Miller! :whistling:
Wasn't he a lib at one time, and saw the light?
-
Dennis Miller! :whistling:
I love him!
My liberal friend complains that he needs and encyclopedia to watch one of his routines. :lmao:
-

Yep.
He had a show a few years ago where he had a Howard Dean scream button. Can't remember what network offhand though. But some funny stuff.
-
Dennis Miller! :whistling:
Exactly.
-
Lenny Clarke is funny as hell too.

He is the one that plays Uncle Teddy on Rescue Me right?
-
Sam Kinnison was. Conservative as well
. If only he was around today.
-
While George Carlin was more leftist or libertarian than anything, his rants against global warming were certainly conservative. I can't access YouTube from here, but there's a classic I've seen on there from him talking about the gall of people to think we can destroy a planet.
-
Miller was a lib until 9/11. Turned on a dime.
-

Yep -- he does a lot of local stuff in MA. I just saw him recently in Worcester, very funny show.
-
Kelsey Grammer, Patricia Heaton come to mind. And very successful ones at that :-)

Caught an old stand up of his a while ago. He was a riot.

Bill Cosby.

Bill Cosby.
Is he conservative or just a realistic dem?
-
P.J. O'rourke,
Giving money and power to government is like give car keys and whiskey to teenage boys.
Actually one of the Dummies mentioned him, but another said he didn't realize PJ was a conservative or Libertarian. :hammer:
-
Jim Norton.
Colin Quinn.
Just watch Red Eye, they have conservative leaning comedians all the time. In fact, Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld is funnier than The Daily Show and that other one with the fake conservative.

The time slot sucks, though.

The time slot sucks, though.
It does, I DVR it.
I think, since Fox Business Channel goes off the air early they could run the previous night's episode at a better time. But I'm not in charge at NewsCorp. And Richard Ailes is too busy sending over-sized bed bugs to Hell.

The dude that played "Murdoch" in the TV show, 'The A-Team' is also VERY conservative. (His name escapes me right now.)
He fills in for Mike Savage every once in a while.

Dwight Schultz (actor, not a comedian)
I've never heard of "Murdock" (spelling corrected) or 'The A-Team' but it took me about 9 seconds to find it using Google. This can be done while on the internet.

He also played 'Barclay' on Star Trek: TNG.

He's more of a character actor than comedian but has anyone seen any of the Clint Howard videos he made for the Heritage Foundation? They're pretty good!

Totally big lib until 9/11 happened.

Interesting story for the regressive lurkers here, Kelsey is conservative, he produces a show called Girlfriends, not sure if it's still on the air, he decided to produce that show because he felt that blacks were under-represented in Hollywood.
-
Steven Crowder, very funny at doing satire mocking the left.
-
From that thread:
Drew Carey
Victoria Jackson
Jackie Mason
Oh and not from that thread, but I forgot Adam Sandler, also David Zucker was a former bigtime lib.
-
Ron White.
"You can't fix stupid."

Dwight Schultz (actor, not a comedian) (Thank you. That's the dude. Yes, he is an actor.)
