And some people are such idiots. For all the people they will have to lay off, they are now your competition for all the jobs that you can't find.
****ing idiots.

So it probably would fit right in their plans and give them fake PR, since they most likely get more from the per diem than that salary.

3. Well, i sort of feel sorry for them
But people have to learn that elections have consequences, and it's not a game.
Maybe they'll think twice in the future.
Probably not.

12. Strangely, I don't feel all that bad yet.
I don't feel sorry for those who voted to cut their nose to spite their face.
If enough of the electorate is so fickle that they will vote a different way every two years then I can't feel pity for them.
Well, DUmmies, I think you'll be seeing lots of states forced to do this by Obumbler's economy.

Newsflash, DUmmies--here in NH the governor (a Dem) has been saying for years he's going to cut contractors at the state H&HR department from 4000 to 1000. Now with over 3/4 of the Legislature and Senate Republican, as well as ALL FIVE of the Executive Council, looks like he might just get around to doing that, eh?
Nice place to start.

Good. They need to lay off a bunch of state workers from an already bloated system. These individuals haven't had to learn to do with less for way too long. You can do with less and still accomplish the same things, and they better learn to adjust.
.
-
BTW DUmmies, a DemonRat governor is going to do something similar. Gregoire: No choice but to make painful cuts (http://www.komonews.com/news/local/106656253.html). That's in that liberal bastion of Washington State, no less.

That's OK because the donk governor (Maybe?) is going to raise taxes in illinois by 33%.....but that is good.
-
The key to Republicans having both the House and Senate will be the redrawing of the congressional districts. Want to see some gerrymandering to ensure a Dem wins? Look no further than NC-12.

That's screwed up.

I know, and he has the full backing of the teachers unions, and other state unions.
