the WA board of elections decided to save money this year. in the past, they counted votes until the dem won, and recounts are expensive. this time, they just counted them "right" the first time. the outcome would have been the same. :whatever:

The Associated (with Terrorists) Press has "called" this for the nitwit in tennis shoes, it's not an official concession . . . yet. The fix was probably in for dumb Patty because everybody here votes by mail and everybody in King County vote and vote and vote.
I hope Rossi demands a recount, but this state is almost as politically corrupt as Illinois.

Hey, we got one of those too-
Ortiz not conceding election to Farenthold
CORPUS CHRISTI — Blake Farenthold, the 27th District congressman-elect, and his staff focused Wednesday on his transition into office despite not receiving a concession from incumbent U.S. Rep. Solomon P. Ortiz (D).

We fully expect Ortiz to "find" as many ballots as it takes. His son lost his seat, too.
