The simple truth about America's marijuana prohibition: any law that allows the easy incarceration of any citizen any time those in power want to do it is the ultimate enemy of democracy. With 800,000 annual arrests over an herb used by tens of millions of Americans, it is the cornerstone of a police state.

Mind you: this is the crew that would take away your right to defend yourself from criminals, invaders and tyrants so that the only people who are armed are the police and then they will write, enforce and adjudicate laws based on your political compliance.

Well, you know, people simply avoid breaking the law by smoking pot, the police could no longer arrest them for that offense.   :thatsright:

I would probably actually start laughing if they tried to arrest me for a pot related offense  :rotf:

Hitler outlawed guns too.....and cruelty to animals...cruelty to humans, not so much.
