A Louisa County man was arrested at a rally for Rep. Eric Cantor, R-7th, at Louisa Courthouse yesterday and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest and creating a public disturbance.

He and three other Democrats went inside the coffeehouse with the intent of asking questions of Cantor, who has declined to debate Waugh.

Taylor said the Democrats were asked to leave by the coffee shop's owner. When they refused, authorities escorted them outside.

The three others were issued summonses for trespassing.

The effete puss videotaping the deal thinks he has a slam-dunk lawsuit in his hands.

He could've put his hands behind his back. He was intentionally struggling.

I like the title of the vid too.  ::) It's more like, "you'd better leave the premises of the coffeeshop when the owner commands you to multiple times".

Oden I watched that video 3 times so far and find it very disturbing.

At one point the perp had both arms behind his back but with the three law man all pulling him and bouncing him about, it is difficult to tell if the perp was resisting or just trying to keep his feet under him.  The 3 big law men were all it seems to me in the video to be jerking him all over the place.

Not an easy thing to be laying on the sidewalk with those lawmen all talking to him at once and so close to his body, one on top of him for him to put his hands anywhere .

I do not like to see these things being done to a non violent citizen that is just making a nuisance of themself.

I've been handcuffed and loaded into the back of a patrol car before.  Unless you're a bone-headed moron, it's not that difficult to comply with an officer's (and a state trooper from the looks of it) request.  The guy was a fool and got a fool's treatment for his arrogance.

I've got two words for you: Rodney King.

Correct, you can tell from the onset of the video that he is struggling against the car to keep his hands to the front of his person. When you start resisting cuffing, for anyone not just some liberal dickhead harassing people at a private business, that shit starts escalating very quickly. He's lucky he didn't get a few raps upside the arms and legs with an ASP baton, because that is a method they often employ to submit suspects.
