Title: Krugman writes obit for Obama, shit-storm ensues
Post by: SSG Snuggle Bunny on October 21, 2010, 05:31:28 PM
To hell with the OP it's just Krugman whining that Obama isn't spending more money. He's so drunk on spending he's seeing cash piles that don't really exist.

Anyhoo, here come the gems:

157. The major loss was the Crowning of Shrub by his hand-picked SCOTUS
That was a quick surgical strike to decapitate us from democracy, the rest is the body slowing dying from this loss.

So Bush got to hand-pick his SCOTUS justices before he was even elected and then use them to have himself elected.

Neat trick.

It's a good day to be in the National Guard.

Huge thread. Much flesh rending and tooth gnashing. Anytime you get Krugman and Obama being discussed in the same thread you will see them degenerate into broken bottles and rusty razor blades.

Good stuff.

This one primitive takes up half the thread, but he can't keep anything straight.  For example:

Quote from:

110. Really?

Millions of unemployed got many extra weeks of unemployment insurance and cobra extentions thank to the stimulus bill. Every independent analysis has shown that it also helped save or create more than 3 million jobs. Sorry it didn't personally benefit you so go vote republican and see if they do better for you.

Quote from:
JamesA1102

200. According to the latest independent assessment the stimulus saved over 8 million jobs. That is not a small number of people. You can spout GOP talking points all you like but the stimulus worked.

3 million or 8 million?  Which is it?

Further digging himself into a hole, this foolish primitive proclaims that economists said the stimulus saved 3 or 8 million jobs, but yet should they claim that even more stimulus would have saved even more jobs, it can't be proven.

Quote from:
JamesA1102

186. You can't prove that statement.

You don't know if more stimulus would have created more jobs by now.

This JimA numbers primitive can't stick to the script.  Must be a huge disappointment to his DNC masters from whom he gets his marching orders.

The truth is there's no way of knowing if the stimulus saved jobs or made things worse.  The only way of knowing for sure is to get a time machine, go back and not pass it, and then compare the two timelines.  Impossible, ergo the economists who would say this and those who believe them are chasing their tails.  The JimA numbers primitives is too stupid to realize this, and the other primitives are too stupid to know to point it out.

Yeah, they would you DUchebag!
The repubs wouldn't go on an "Apology Tour" or continue to spend money that the Country doesn't have. They wouldn't pass a socialist bill like the HELLCARE the imposter had. They won't put so much money into unemployment benefits like the imposter, but more so into the economy and job creation DUchebag. Got it?!?  :bird: :censored:

hehehehehehe! This is real hot one we got here!

Let's see, if we lost 8 million, and the stimulus saved 3 million, doesn't that mean that Bummer is still in the hole for 5 million?

Just askin'.......

Oh and just how many of these so called "saved" jobs were nothing more than Census taker temps? One other little itty bitty question. I'd like to know, just how many of these "so called" jobs were in the private sector? You know, the jobs that don't cost us taxpayers our cash?

Let me know when ya can answer that one, DUmbass!

Ya know what, I'll do ya a favor and help ya out! The answer is ZERO! Mutha ****in', ZERO! Just like your messiah's nick name! What a coinkydinky!

Lord, this is too easy!

Observing the DUmp has me made me realize that maybe Obama is right that people don't think clearly when they are frightened. Everyone thought he was referring to the tea party when it turns out he meant his own base.  :-)

They won't let go of an election that happened 10 years ago...yet they are the first ones to complain about the wife of a SCOTUS judge not "letting go" of something that happened to her husband 20 years ago.

 :whatever:

To hear a DUmmy parrot the "jobs created or saved" line must be as annoying as when I forced myself to say "nucular" during the Chimperor's reign.  :lmao:
