Our political insider details reports originating from inside the White House regarding President Obama having become increasingly depressed and uncertain over how to proceed following the impending midterm elections in November – elections that appear poised to sweep Democrats from power in Congress.
So you state that President Obama is depressed? How did you come by this information? From a direct source still working within the White House on a daily basis. As I had stated previously, tensions at the White House have reached a critical stage. The infighting among staff is off the charts. More recently, the president has increasingly withdrawn emotionally from the day to day demands of his job – he has become what was described to me as “emptyâ€.

He is there, he is getting briefed throughout the day, but President Obama appears to have emotionally shut down, not entirely mind you, but a great deal. It has worsened since I was last there. Like the previous 'Insider' story there's no actual evidence it's true, but the writer at least has the knack of writing believable Obama stories that are fun to read.

Wow, I just came back from reading the whole blog post. It was originally published 9/27. They must have him on suicide watch by now.
Smoking a lot too. Not surprised. Whoever was sitting in for Hannity this afternoon made the point that both he and Michelle are food nazis when it comes to what they think we should eat but every time they eat a meal in public it's cheeseburgers and tater tots.

Sounds pretty suspicious to me. As a young man we used to use the term sympathy f*** when one tried to use "poor me" as a reason for getting a little action with a young lady. Sounds like he is trying the same thing so the public will feel sorry for him and vote "his kind" back in power so as to not damage his psychie.
Sympathy never got me any action. To me, with a serious face for a second, it just shows how weak and shallow this idiot really is.

I dunno, narcissists don't really get depressed, they just find new enemies to blame. And as emotionally disconnected as he has always been, WTF does 'Shut down' look like when something was never turned on inthe first place?
The vicious flamer infighting, sure, but it sounds like the shriekers around him are attributing all this to him because that's how they see his faults through their own particular pink-and-paisley glasses.
