Well, when he's got the Ministry of Troof an' Shit writing the history for him, and union thugs disappearing all of the "COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY PROPAGANDA" (aka: pesky little facts) down the memory hole, what do you expect?

I think it depends on how Iraq and Afghanistan play out much later on. I don't think republicans were as disappointed in Bush as democrats are with Obama. At least at this point in his presidency.

As meaningless an apples-and-oranges poll as CNN has ever coughed up, eight years of Bush with the books closed on it vs. Obama with at least two more years to finish screwing the pooch, plus Obama claiming credit for an Iraq close-out that was set before he was sworn in and the press unwilling to call him on it while he's still in office. Five or six years after Obama's last day in office, assuming he completes his term or terms (Shudder) normally, we'll actually have a real idea how they compare.

The name Barack Hussein Obama and the words, "better president" shouldn't be in the same sentence. :evillaugh:

Unless of course, you're stating something like: "Homey D. Clown would make a better president than Barack Hussein Obama."
