I suppose I should be happy they are wasting time instead of passing cap and tax now.

I know there are devices that they lower it. You would think the advertising market would get the message, lower the volume.

I don't like the fact that they want to make it a law though. Yes, it sucks to hear the loud commercials, but we do not need government stepping in to turn down the televisions. At least I don't. It would just be common sense for the station employees, who are in charge of that stuff, to turn it down themselves!

I have an RCA TV that does it automatically. They also sell adapters that do it.
