One wonders why this isn't getting more traction in the media.

DU is being represented by lawyers from the Electronic Frontier Foundation and it looks like they have put up a pretty good defense (or at least the start to one). What I got a kick out of what that they actually claimed to have "over 150,000 registered members".

Well, it is true that they have over 150,000 registered members. It doesn't mean they're active members. What did the latest DUmp Diver/Violator report show, about 4k?

I see that Righthaven is suing for $150,000. One dollar for every registered member? :evillaugh:

I think that they have had 150K register. 140K have been TS'd, but they registered initially at one time.

The statement is misleading but true.
