Title: The Outer Limits.
Post by: JohnnyReb on September 25, 2010, 07:16:06 PM
Yep, watched 3 episodes this morning, On Saturday mornings they run 3 showings  starting at 4 am. During the week they show one every morning at 4 am....can't believe how corny some of them are or were....I loved them all as a teenager.

They also have early morning showings of The Twilight Zone, Highway Patrol, Sea Hunt, Mr. Ed.....didn't take much to entertain folks back in the 50's, early 60's huh.

I loved some of those old shows. Andy Griffith, Gunsmoke, Space 1999, UFO, Star Trek, All in the Family, Laugh in. I could go on. Some of the sci fi  had good acting and terrible special effects.

They do some seem corny now.

Well you do have to remember that back in the day all of that was considered to be cutting edge in SPFX and make up. Alot of the episodes are still good today. What I like about it now is seeing now famous actors before they became household names like Robert Duval and Elizabeth Montgomery and Charles Bronson and more.
