"Apology to America".

It is not a long document. It supersedes the "Pledge to America".

We, the Republican Party, apologize to the citizens of America for doubling the national debt and running our economy off the cliff. We truly thought deregulating everything would be best for our economy and make everyone better off. We failed to factor in the greed that is natural to most folks in our Party.

We apologize to the people for letting Wall Street run rampant. We failed to see that the imaginary options they were creating would create so much havoc around the world. We accept responsibility for the loss of trillions of dollars of savings of the American people.

And we apologize to our President for leaving such a mess, including a $1.3 trillion dollar deficit on his lap when he walked into the White House. We apologize for starting two wars, cutting taxes by over $2 trillion dollars, and the give-away Medicare prescription program to the insurance companies. We had no idea the damage we were doing at the time.

We apologize for bringing our country to within a hair of collapse. We have learned our lesson and we ask that you put us back into power so we can do the job right the next time.

Uh huh that 5.whatever unemployment under Bush was the end of the world. Under Obama 10% is good times and a recovery.  :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

It is not a long document. It supersedes the "Pledge to America".

We, the Republican Party Regressives of America, apologize to the citizens of America for doubling tripling the national debt and running our economy off the cliff since Democrats were elected in 2006. We truly thought deregulating everything Democrats were going to cut back on spending which we know would be best for our economy and make everyone better off. We failed to factor in the greed that the Democratic Party fosters and is natural to most folks in our Party.

We apologize to the people for letting Wall Street Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac run rampant. We failed to see that the imaginary options they were creating would create so much havoc around the world to Americans who are responsible with their money. We accept responsibility for the loss of trillions of dollars of savings of the American people.

And we apologize to our President Bush for leaving such a mess acting absolutely insane for 8 years, including leaving a $1.3 trillion dollar deficit 700 billion dollar deficit which Obama has since tripled on his lap when since he walked into the White House. We apologize for starting two wars ignoring the threat of Islamic Fundementalism under Clinton, cutting taxes by over $2 trillion dollars, and the give-away Medicare prescription program to the insurance companies. We had no idea the damage we were doing at the time and for raising spending to epic proportions which nullified Bush's tax breaks for ALL Americans.

We apologize for Obama bringing our country to within a hair of collapse, and he ain't done yet. We have learned our lesson and we ask that you put us Republicans back into power because with the rise of the Tea Party Movement we think the Republicans have learned their lesson so and we think they can do the job right the next time.

Fixed!

Yes, make up apologies on behalf of the minority party Republicans while the country is sliding deeper into debt under your own. Meanwhile, Obama is hitting the links and Hillary is using taxpayer money to buy hi-tech BBQ grills for the Third World.

That'll go over well.
