Come Hell or highwater, I AM GOING TO VOTE IN NOVEMBER. Are you with me?

Yeah, franksolich is 100% with the Bostonian Drunkard's mother.

Come Hell or high water, franksolich is going to vote in November.

Too bad, though, that franksolich's vote here in Nebraska won't make a difference; he'd prefer to vote in New Hampshire or some other place in short supply of Republican voters.
